I am very happy to be cocreating with Daniella in her Women’s circle series ” The Heart of Venus – journey through the 5 senses” on the 12th of June for the evening connected to the Voice
During this time together, I will guide you in an exploration of deep listening…. to our body…to our Womb voice….. to expressing this voice….
Daniela will be sharing specific yoga techniques for women as well as taking us on a deep reconnection with our female body, its needs, desires, wants…creatimg a space for us to become aware of what nourishes me and as well as asking us the vital question…..what gives me pleasure?
